Original 4 x 12" pen/ink on thin vellum sketch paper (with patched-in corrections) original art for Buffalo Springfield (featuring Stephen Stills and Neil Young) appearing with the Watts 103rd Street Band and the Lewis & Clark Expedition at the Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara, CA on 11/4/1967.

 Art by "J.S.P.", image is an ALTERNATE design* for the poster featured in the Art of Rock book on page 267 (plate 3.39) and comes from the archives of Jim Salzer Presents. *likely a proposal for a handbill or a newsprint ad, I'm not sure.
 
 Piece is in decent shape; there are a couple of small patched-in areas along the top/right margins, along with a bit of tape residue from the reverse side (patched pieces are affixed with large pieces of masking tape), a thin diagonal bend going across the lower part of the image, several stray handling dings, a bit of corner-tip/edge wear and a few light splatter stains on the reverse... definitely a bit worn in places, but still all there.
