Concertposterauction.com was established by Brad Kelly in 2006 as a vehicle for buying and selling original concert posters, music memorabilia and psychedelic art in the digital age.

About Brad Kelly:  

Brad spent 11 years (1993-2004) at Psychedelic Solution Gallery in New York City, working alongside renowned poster archivist Jacaeber Kastor. Starting as a gallery assistant, Brad gradually worked his way up to managing the gallery and store, handling everything from archiving/cataloging, grading and pricing posters and collector relations to retail/wholesale sales and shipping. After the sale of the business in 2004, Brad started what has now become one of the leading poster auctions in the world, Concertposterauction.com (est. January 2006). 

 
Over the years, Brad has been credited in several books devoted exclusively to the subject (Art of the Fillmore, Art of the Dead, Eric King's Poster Guide, Split-Fountain Hieroglyphics) and he has done consulting and appraisal work for Christies, Sotheby's, the Experience Music Project, the Hard Rock Café, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Recordmecca.com, Michael Erlewine (All Music Guide), the Rick Griffin Estate and numerous private collectors.

Brad has also hosted two large-scale poster events, "Rock & Roll Poster Bowl", which were held at Brooklyn Bowl in NYC in 2013 and 2014. These well-attended shows featured several classic 1960's-era artists exhibiting alongside a number of more-recently established artists, exposing a whole new generation to posters and psychedelic art.

In 2022, Concertposterauction.com celebrates 16 years of quality auctions and unequaled customer service; Brad is now in his 29th year in the poster and art business.
