Original 1st printing 5 x 7" blank-reverse concert handbill for Canned Heat appearing with Eighth Penny Matter and American Standard (featuring Tommy Bolin) at the State Fairgrounds Coliseum in Phoenix, AZ on 12/31/1967.
Art by Mouse Studios (with additional lettering by an unknown/uncredited artist), image is not officially part of the Family Dog series, but it is included in the Eric King guide and has been designated FD-671231 OHB-A.
Medium flat vellum stock handbill is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a couple of semi-pronounced (but very well camouflaged) vertical bends running along the right side of the image area, along with a few thin bends/creases along the top/bottom margin areas and a stray stress crease or two hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.
Fairly scarce oddball/peripheral 1967 Family Dog concert artifact from Arizona. I recently had the poster up for sale, but this is the first example of the handbill that I have come across.
