Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 8&1/2" blank-reverse concert/event handbill for "THIS IS IT", a show held at the Regency Ballroom of the Leamington Hotel in Oakland, CA on 2/10/1967, featuring appearances by the Sparrow (an early version of Steppenwolf), along with the Immediate Family, the Wildflower and the Living Children.

 Thin flat stock handbill is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a couple of extra-tiny soft handling dings and a thin horizontal streak of red ink across the upper margin area, it is a nearly-clean example of this neat little 1967 Mouse/Kelley handbill from Oakland.
