Description

Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 20" concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin)* appearing with Blue Cheer in a legal-aid benefit for the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, held at California Hall in San Francisco, CA on 2/3/1967.
 
 Art by Allen "Gut" Terk, image ("It's Party Time Again!") is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 207 (plate 2.248). 

 Medium flat vellum stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there are tack holes in all four corners, along with a pair of thin diagonal bends in the lower right margin, a few light pinch dings/tiny pressure creases scattered around the outer margin area and couple of tiny pin-prick spots/soft handling creases hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.
