Original 1st printing 5&1/8 x 7&3/4" blank-reverse thin-paper concert handbill for Otis Redding (and His Orchestra) appearing with the Grateful Dead, Johnny Talbot and De Thangs and Country Joe & the Fish at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 12/20-22/1966.
Art by Bonnie MacLean, image is an alternate image to # 43 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series, and is pictured in the Art of Rock on page 145 (plate 2.44)
Thin flat stock handbill is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there are tiny pin holes in the "dd" of "Redding" and between "His" and "Orchestra", along with a flattened horizontal center crease, a nearly-invisible handling ding or two, a couple of tiny pin-prick spots lurking around the bottom center margin and a bit of pencil scratch on the reverse, otherwise fine.
Very nice-looking example of this semi-uncommon alternate-image handbill from the BG 43 shows.
