Original 1st printing Associated Booking Corporation (ABC) 7-page 8&1/2 x 11" typed contract (with add-on rider) for an appearance by the Allman Brothers Band at Hara Arena in Dayton, OH on 9/18/1971.

 Contract has been HAND-SIGNED by both the promoter (Roger Abramson, in green flair pen) and a Capricorn employee on behalf of band leader/representative Duane Allman (in black flair pen).

 Thin flat stock contract is in good (B) condition; as it is a piece of used office material, there are a couple of rusty staples in the upper left corner, a couple of minor creases/bends and other assorted issues here and there, but for a 50-plus-year-old concert contract, it has survived remarkably well.
