Medium flat index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B+) condition; aside from a 6" thin horizontal bend/crease stretching along the top left/center margin, a few light handling creases here and there and couple of tiny edge creases/bends scattered along the bottom margin , it is a VERY sharp-looking 1st printing example of this early-'67 Neon Rose poster.
