Original 1st printing 22 x 28&1/8" (1st Edition of 1200) event poster for the 7/17/1967 opening of the Joint Show, held at the Moore Gallery in San Francisco, CA and featuring music by Country Joe & the Fish and exhibited art by Victor Moscoso (who did this version of the poster), Rick Griffin, Alton Kelley, Wes Wilson, Stanley Mouse and more.
Art by the aforementioned Victor Moscoso, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 235 (plate 2.351) and is # 25 (B-6) in the Neon Rose series.
Medium semi-gloss stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a few hairline-thin bends and small pressure creases scattered around the outer margin area, along with a slight moisture ripple along the bottom margin and a few well-camouflaged stress/handling dings and tiny pin-prick scuffs hiding within the image area, otherwise it is a SUPERB-looking example of the 1st Edition Moscoso Joint Show poster.
