Description

 Original 1st printing 14 x 21&3/4" concert poster for the Chambers Brothers appearing with the MC5 and Thyme at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI from 9/1-2/1967.

 Art by (and SIGNED in black razor-tip pen by) Gary Grimshaw, image is # 42 in the Russ Gibb Presents/Grande series and is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 299 (plate 3.140). 

 Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; there are a couple of tiny diagonal pressure creases/bends in the lower left/right corner tips and a soft handling crease in the upper right margin, but that's pretty much IT.... a VERY nice-looking/nearly-mint ARTIST-SIGNED example of this perennially popular Grande poster.
