Original 1st printing 11&7/8 x 21&7/8" poster, "Join Us- Berkeley Independence Day July 4th 1969", a non-specific (beyond the date) design featuring a hippie and a soldier standing together beneath a radiant sun.

 Art by Gary Grimshaw (printed by Jellyroll Press), medium flat index stock poster is in good (B) condition; there is a pronounced curl to the paper (it was rolled up tightly for many years), along with a series of fairly well-hidden pin-prick age spots, thin vertical stress creases and light handling dings scattered throughout the image area, a few tiny edge/corner-tip dings/bumps scattered around the outer margin area and the credit at the bottom has been partially sliced off (by the paper cutter at the printing press), otherwise it is a fine-looking example of this EXTREMELY obscure Gary Grimshaw item from the East Bay.
