Original 1st printing 16&7/8 x 21&3/4" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the New Riders of the Purple Sage at the Hollywood Bowl on 6/17/1972.

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in good (B) condition; there are tack holes in all four corners, along with a series of tiny "cub" staple holes scattered around the image/outer margin area (about 16 total), a couple of tiny edge tears and a few light surface scuffs/dings and tiny stress creases hiding within the image area, otherwise fine... conditional issues aside, this is the first example I have come across that was actually removed from public display at the time of the show. 

 One of the more popular Pacific Presentations Grateful Dead concert posters, this concert was Ron "Pigpen" McKernan's FINAL performance with the Dead. Check out a very decent-sounding audience recording of the show HERE;
