Original 1st printing 17&3/8 x 22&7/8" concert poster for Jefferson Airplane's "1968 Texas Summer Tour".

 Art by William W. Bracken, Jr. (photo by Herb Greene), medium-thick flat vellum stock poster (orange stock version- there is also a yellow stock version) is in very good (B/B+) condition; aside from a set of tack holes (all four corners, top/bottom/left/right center margins), a few soft edge creases/thin bends scattered around the outer margin area, a thin vertical stress crease running along the right side of the image area and a light amount of handling/stress creasing, otherwise fine.

 Very interesting low-run Airplane piece from a fairly obscure period in the J.A. touring history; while there is very little in the way of information on this "tour", long-time Texas collector (and author of the Vulcan Gas portion of the Eric King guide) Dr. Dennis Hickey has a partial/used ticket stub for an August 17th show in (most likely) Houston in his collection with a note from the show attendee on the reverse ("Six-hour show!").
