Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 11" concert poster for the Velvet Underground (with Lou Reed) appearing with the Chambers Brothers, Dr. John (the Night Tripper) and Salvation at the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles, CA from 5/24-25/1968.

 Art by John Van Hamersveld, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 254.

 Thick flat vellum stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a couple of tiny thin diagonal bends in the upper left/right corners, along with a hint of toning, a few tiny pin-prick surface spots and a stress bend or two scattered around the image area, a thin scrape/scuff just to the right of Lou Reed's face and a hint of wear along the upper margin, otherwise fine.
