 Medium flat vellum stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; there are a couple of tiny pin-prick age spots in the lower right corner and in the left/right center margins, along with a few stray soft handling dings here and there, otherwise it is a REALLY nice-looking example of the 1st printing BG 22- one of the cleanest specimens I have seen in a LONG time.
