Original 1st printing 20&7/8 x 16&1/4" (appx. -trimmed top margin) poster for the Grateful Dead appearing at the Sacramento (CA) Memorial Auditorium on 8/12/1972. 

 Design by/show presented by Pacific Presentations, a nearly-identical image (from Seattle) is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 377 (plate 4.141).

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in used (B-) condition; aside from the trimmed top margin, this example has a pretty heavy degree of edge/corner wear, including a number of tears, creases, a missing corner tip in the lower right corner, the lower left corner is re-attached with clear tape, along with creasing/surface wear, several fairly pronounced bends, handling wear, etc... as the photo shows, this one is definitely a survivor.
