Original 1st printing 5&1/4 x 6&3/4" blank-reverse concert handbill for the Long Binh Rock Festival, held at the Long Binh US Army base 20 miles north of Saigon, Vietnam on 11/15/1970.
Event was put on "by Enlisted Men for Enlisted Men" and featured appearances by bands made up of the same, "Spiritual Fantasy", "8 Foot Clearance" and "Brotherhood".
Artist unknown/not credited, thin flat stock handbill is in mint/near mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; a REMARKABLY well-preserved "rock festival" artifact from the actual Vietnam War, an eye-opening piece of late-'60s-early-'70's memorabilia brought back by someone who actually attended the event.
Also, a HUGE testament to the popularity of "rock festivals" in the years following Woodstock, even the United States Army got in on the action.
