Original 1st printing 21&1/4 x 14&1/8" concert poster for Country Joe & the Fish appearing with Terry Reid and Sea Train at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA from 12/12-15/1968.

 Medium flat index stock poster is in good (B) condition; there are tack/pin holes (a couple of them have tiny nip/drag tears and the bottom left corner tip is missing) in all four corner tips, along with a light to moderate amount of paper toning, a series of tiny edge dings scattered around the outer margin area, a few soft handling creases hiding within the image area and a few spots of fun-tak residue on the reverse, otherwise it is a very presentable lightly-worn example of one of Lee's most overtly psychedelic Fillmore posters.
