Official promoter-issued 1960's-era 2nd printing 13&3/8 x 21" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the James Cotton Blues Band and Lothar & the Hand People at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 11/18-19/1966.

 Medium flat index stock poster is in decent (B/B-) condition; all four corners have multiple staple holes, and the upper left/lower right corners have a bit of surface rubbing/residue from old price labels/stickers, the upper left corner has a small surface pull that has been hand-colored (home restoration), there are tiny hairline-thin creases/bends in the corner tips, a tiny pin-prick indentation or two hiding within the image are and a couple of light tape shadows on the reverse, otherwise OK.
