Original 1st printing 12&5/8 x 18&1/2" concert poster for Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing with the Grass Roots (1st version) and the Family Tree at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 4/22-23/1966.
Art by Bonnie MacLean, image is # 0 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series (BG-0-OP-1 in the Eric King Guide).
Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in decent (B/B-) condition; there is a 1" tear in the bottom center margin (sealed on the reverse with clear tape) with a thin 5" diagonal bend that extends from the tip of the tear over to the lower left margin (about 2" up from the bottom edge), along with another smaller 1" bend that extends from the left side of the tear down to the bottom edge, a thin 1/2" bend in the lower right corner tip, a few soft handling dings and a VERY soft diagonal crease in the upper left corner tip, otherwise OK.
An overall decent example of this fairly early poster in the BG/Fillmore series.
