Original 1st printing William Morris Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) 2-page (8&1/2 x 11" and 8&1/2 x 14" front page) typed contract (with American Federation of Musicians add-on sheet) for an appearance by Buffalo Springfield at the Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara, CA on 11/4/1967.
Contract has been HAND-SIGNED by both the promoter (Jim Salzer, in blue pen) and band leader/representative (Stephen Stills, in green crayon (!).
Thin flat stock contract is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; as it is a piece of heavily-used (and worn) office material, there are a couple of tiny tears in the upper right margin, a small diagonal slice out of the bottom left corner, a couple of minor creases/bends, flattened-out folds and other assorted issues here and there, but for a 50-plus-year-old piece of used office material, it has survived remarkably well.
FASCINATING one-of-a-kind Buffalo Springfield concert artifact, including details about set length (a single 45 minute set), the band's fee ($2,500), promotional requirements and more.
