Original 1st printing 4&1/2 x 6&3/8" concert handbill for the Grand Opening of the Balconades Ballroom in San Jose, CA, held on 2/16/1968, and featuring appearances by Quicksilver Messenger Service, Mad River and Freedom Highway.

 Art by Wm. McKinley, thin flat index card stock handbill is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; just a tiny pair of nearly-invisible staple holes on the "na" of "Balconades" and a trace of handling wear and that's pretty much IT... a SUPERB example of this fairly obscure South Bay psychedelic concert artifact.
