Description

Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for Buffalo Springfield appearing with Peter Wheat & the Breadmen and Strawberry Window at Longshoreman's Hall in San Francisco, CA on 3/11/1967. *flyer also lists an upcoming appearance by the Animals and the Association at Oakland Coliseum on 3/25

Art by Don Ryder, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 219 (plate 2.292) and is part of the Bill Quarry Presents/Teens & Twenties series.

Thin flat stock flyer is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there are tack holes (all four corners), along with  a series of flattened horizontal/vertical folds, a tiny tear/crease in the upper right corner tip, a bit of minor edge creasing, a pair of tiny "mouse bite" nips out of the left center margin and a few stray pin-prick spots/tiny surface scuffs hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.

AWESOME little early-'67 Buffalo Springfield concert artifact from San Francisco- the photo in the AOR doesn't do the piece justice- the split-fountain ink is MUCH more prominent on the actual item itself.
