Original 1st printing 11&1/8 x 17&1/4" double-sided concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Ballet Afro-Haiti and Albert Collins at the Family Dog on the Great Highway in San Francisco, CA from 8/1-3/1969. The reverse lists an upcoming show with Country Joe & the Fish appearing with Tongue and Groove, Tyrannosaurus Rex and Kevin from 8/8-10/1969.
 
 Designer unknown/not credited, image is FD 69-0801 in the Family Dog/Great Highway series.
 
 Medium-thin flat index stock poster is in good (B) condition; there are pinholes covered by pieces of clear tape in all four corners, along with a semi-flattened horizontal center crease, a moderate amount of handling wear/creasing and a series of tiny thin vertical stress bends scattered around the image/outer margin area, otherwise OK.
