Original 1st printing 29 x 23&1/8" uncut printer's proof sheet of EIGHT (8) approximately 5 x 8" promo cards/handbills (blank reverse) and SIXTEEN (16) approximately 2 x 3&1/2" business cards for assorted Grateful Dead office employees;

 Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley (the cover of the 1971 live G.D. album, AKA "Skullfuck"), medium-thick glossy-coated index stock (with contact information for Dead employees Sam Cutler, Jon McIntire, Alan Trist, David and Bonnie Parker, Rock Scully, Dale Franklin, Annette Flowers, Don (Rex) Jackson and Ramrod (Lawrence Shurtliff) on the reverse) is in excellent (B+) condition; there are a couple of tiny vertical dark scuffs along the lower right margin, along with a couple of small diagonal bends/creases in the upper right corner, a few stray dings/tiny bends scattered around the outer margin area, a couple of corner-tip pressure creases, a stray soft handling ding or two hiding within the image area and a couple of small pin-prick stains/scuffs on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 ULTRA-COOL oddball Grateful Dead artifact from the early-'70's, first one of these I have seen!
