Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 8&1/2" concert/event handbill for the 2nd Northern California Folk-Rock Festival, held at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds in San Jose, CA from 5/23-25/1969.

 Handbill lists performances by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Jefferson Airplane, Chambers Brothers, Led Zeppelin (*cancelled), Eric Burdon, Spirit, Canned Heat, Buffy St. Marie, the Youngbloods, Steve Miller, Chuck Berry, Muddy Waters, Taj Mahal, Noel Redding (Fat Mattress), Lee Michaels, Blues Image, Santana, Aum, Elvin Bishop, Poco (Pogo), People, Linn (Lynn) County, Loading Zone, Sweet Linda (Tillery) Divine, Cat Mother & the All-Night Newsboys, Doc Watson and the New Lost City Ramblers. Also appeared (not listed): Fritz (featuring Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks) and more.

 Design by Linda Segul, thin foil-coated index stock handbill is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a small 1/2" bend in the upper right corner tip, a tiny pinch bend in the lower margin and a few ULTRA-light surface scratches hiding within the image area, it is a VERY sharp/crisp example of this nifty little original 1969 festival artifact with a cool design and an UNBELIEVABLE lineup.
