Original 1st printing 11&1/2 x 8&1/2" concert flyer for the Grateful Dead appearing at the Lakeland (FL) Civic Center on 9/12/1982.

 Designer unknown/not credited (photo by Ed Eguedelo), thin flat stock flyer is in very good (B/B+) condition there are a couple of rusty staple holes in the left center margin and in the lower left corner, along with a bit of light moisture wear/creasing, a couple of small edge nips along the bottom margin and a few stray edge dings scattered around the outer margin area, otherwise fine.
