Original 1st printing 6&7/8 x 18&1/4" promotional poster for the 1/23-25/1967 Grand Opening of "The Trans-Action", a psychedelic nightclub in San Francisco CA.

 Artist unknown (credit is impossible to make out, poster was printed by Bindweed Press), medium textured vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; there are a couple of tiny pin/tack holes in the top center margin, along with hairline-thin handling creases/bends in all four corners, a soft handling ding or two hiding within the image area and a couple of tiny corner-tip pressure creases, otherwise fine.

 Pretty cool little early-'67 oddball poster from an EXTREMELY obscure (and presumably short-lived) San Francisco venue. Beautiful split-fountain ink scheme on this one!
