Original 1st printing 21 x 25&5/8" concert poster for Lord August and His Visions of Life appearing with the Georgetown Medical Band at the Vulcan Gas Company in Austin, TX from 1/5-6/1968. 

 Art by Robert Rush, image ("Dragon") is # 10 in the VG/Vulcan Gas Company series.

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there is a large 7&1/4" vertical tear going from the top center margin to just above the "g" in "August", along with another few smaller border tears, light creasing and a couple of small bends along the top margin, a bit of creasing in the upper left/right margins/corners, a series of thin diagonal bends in the upper left.right corners, a stray stress crease/pin-prick spot or two floating around the image area, a few stray handling dings and a bit of staining and a couple of decent-sized tape pulls on the reverse, otherwise OK.... while this example has its issues, the colors are still really bright and until you get up close, it doesn't look all that bad at all.
