 Medium flat index stock poster is in near mint (A-) condition; aside from a tiny 1" pressure crease in the lower right margin edge and a tiny bump in the bottom left corner tip, it is a nearly-flawless example of this incredibly psychedelic Lee Conklin image from 1968.
