Original 1st printing 28&1/2 x 16&1/2" event poster for the 1967 California Shakespeare Festival, held on the campus of the University of Santa Clara from 7/7-8/19/1967.
 
 Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 239 (plate 2.366).
 
 Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; really nothing more than a bit of relatively minor handling wear, a stray soft smudge/pin-prick spot or two and a few thin bends scattered around the outer margin area and that's pretty much it... no tears/holes, stains, etc., a fairly sharp-looking example overall.
