Description
Original 1st printing 17 x 17" square 1967 Vanguard Records promotional poster for "Electric Music for the Mind & Body", the first album by Berkeley's own Country Joe & the Fish.
Art by Joyful Wisdom Enterprises (Tom Weller), image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 218 (plate 2.290)
Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; there are a couple of semi-soft handling creases scattered around the outer margin area, along with a couple of tiny corner-tip bumps, a stray handling ding or two and a nearly-invisible soft stain on the reverse, otherwise it is an EXCEPTIONALLY nice-looking example of this fairly uncommon CJF poster from the AOR.
