Original 1st printing 12&3/8 x 12&3/8" United Artists/Grateful Dead Records easel-back promotional counter-top display for the 1976 Grateful Dead live double-album, "Steal Your Face".
Art by Rick Griffin (based on the original SYF design by Owsley Stanley/Bob Thomas), medium-thick semi-gloss front/index reverse display is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there is a 2" surface pull along the left center margin, along with a few stray edge/corner-tip creases, a tiny pin-prick spot or two and a pair of large packing tape remnants on the reverse, otherwise fine (easel-back is unopened).
Nifty little original mid-'70's Grateful Dead record-store artifact with a killer Rick Griffin design. THIS version of the "Stealie" is still used today for nearly all Grateful Dead-related merchandise products.
