Original 1st printing 15&3/8 x 23&1/2" silkscreen concert poster for indie rockers Beach House appearing with Washed Out at the Granada Theater in Dallas, TX on 4/21/2010.

 Art by (and SIGNED and numbered 143/150 in pencil by) Todd Slater, medium-thick flat stock silkscreen poster is in near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; there are a couple of very soft/nearly-invisible scratches in the lower right corner, beneath "Granada" and in the upper left corner, otherwise it is a VERY sharp example of this nifty-looking Slater poster from 2010.
