Original 1st printing 23 x 34&7/8" early 1968 head shop/merchandising poster, "The Unnameable", designed by Rick Griffin and printed by Berkeley Bonaparte.
Medium-thin glossy-coated index stock poster is in good (B) condition; there is a 1/2" nip out of the top right corner tip, along with a 3" area of vertical creasing along the upper right margin, a thin 3" diagonal bend in the lower left corner, a few stray handling dings scattered around the outer margin area, a few tiny pin-prick surface spots hiding within the image area, otherwise it is a very presentable example of this 1968 Rick Griffin psychedelic masterpiece.
Original 1st full-color version (3rd overall) printing (Royal Screen Craft) 21 x 28&1/2" 1969/70 florescent day-glo ink silkscreen poster featuring Rick Griffin's legendary rendition of a peyote-eating Huichol, "San Mezcalito".
Art by the aforementioned Rick Griffin, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 238 (plate 2.359).
Medium-thick vellum stock silkscreen poster is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a few tiny ink cracks hiding within the image area, a hint of minor surface scuffing (a common issue with most examples I've seen) and a TRACE of handling/edge wear, it is a nearly-unbeatable example of this absolutely eye-searing Rick Griffin poster from the Art of Rock book.
