Original 1st printing 6 x 10" concert handbill for the Grateful Dead appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service and the P.H. Phactor Jug Band at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, OR from 2/2-3/1968.

 Art by George Hunter, image (*poster with different typeface in the venue area) is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 287 (plate 3.103).

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock handbill is in good (B) condition; there are staple holes in all four corners with a couple of tiny staple-hole pull tears in the upper left/right corners (no paper loss), along with a slight vertical roll wave to the paper, a couple of tiny corner-tip splits and a stray edge ding or two, otherwise OK.
