Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 8&1/2" double-sided concert handbill/top 40 radio survey (CFOX-AM) for the Doors appearing with La Revolution Francaise and Trevor Payne at the Forum in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on 9/14/1969 (reverse also has an ad for "The History of Rock & Roll" radio retrospective along with the top hits for the week of 9/5/1969).

 Thin flat stock handbill is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a pair of flattened horizontal/vertical creases, along with a light amount of handling/edge/surface wear (a few tiny smudges and a tiny stain in the top center margin and a thin pencil scratch on the reverse) and a couple of soft bends here and there, otherwise fine.
