Original 1st printing 14&1/8 x 20" concert poster for Texas psychedelic legends the 13th Floor Elevators appearing with Moby Grape at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 11/11-12/1966.

 Medium flat vellum stock poster is in good/decent (B/B-) there are multiple staple holes in all four corners and in the top/bottom center margins (with a small 1" tear in the top center), along with a thin colored-pencil scratch on the right side of the image, a few tiny tears/creasing and a bit of light staining around the edges, a light to moderate amount of surface wear, light toning, a fair amount of curling to the paper and other little bits of wear here and there... definitely a survivor, but still in presentable shape.
