Official 1996 Grateful Dead Merchandising/Rick Griffin Estate-issued one-of-a-kind prototype poster (printed on reflective mylar with embossed highlights) featuring Rick Griffin's 1969 "Aoxomoxoa" design for the Grateful Dead.

 Art by Rick Griffin, poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there are a couple of areas where the plastic sheeting that coats the front of the poster has started to bubble up in a couple of places (a likely result of the sheet not properly attaching to the embossed areas) and there are a couple of pieces of velcro tape and a press approval sticker on the reverse (see photo), but as this is a one-off test proof, "it is what it is", as they say. Also comes with a neat little metallic "plaque" (see photo).

 ULTRA-COOL and VERY unique Rick Griffin/Grateful Dead item, I would be quite surprised if another one of these existed.
