Original 1st printing 17&1/2 x 23" concert poster for the Byrds appearing at the Quad on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis, MO on 9/9/1972.
Design by Elise, medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in good/decent (B/B-) condition; in addition to the large amount of handwriting (ticket info) in the upper left corner, there are a few well-placed/decent-sized thin diagonal bends in the lower corners, a few soft stains/discolorations and light creases throughout the piece, along with a set of tack holes (all four corners), a bit of minor edge/corner wear and a bit of light staining on the reverse... as you can see, this example was very clearly removed from public display at the time of the show and has the battle scars to prove it.
Conditional issues aside, this is a fairly interesting Byrds concert poster from a transitional time for the band- their first show with drummer John Guerin, and less than a year before the death of Clarence White. Check out a recording of "I'm So Restless" from the show HERE:
