Set of FOUR (4) original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" thin-paper concert flyers for a series of 1966 shows held at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA;
Art by Victor Moscoso, Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, collection consists of the following numbers; FD 30 (Big Brother/Sir Douglas Quintet -Mouse/Kelley), FD 32 (Quicksilver/Sons of Champlin -Moscoso), FD 36 (Big Brother/Quicksilver -Mouse/Kelley) and FD 39 (Youngbloods/Sons of Champlin -Mouse/Kelley)
Thin flat stock flyers (all addressed to the same person with canceled stamps on the reverse) are all in decent/used (B/B-) condition; all of them have horizontal folds (for mailing), tape stains in the corners, handling/edge wear, toning and a couple of them have tiny pin/staple holes in the top bottom center margins and assorted little bits of wear here and there; also, the FD 32 has a tiny doodle in the right margin... definitely a well-worn quartet of early FD flyers, but they are 100% authentic, real-deal mailers- you don't see too many of these floating around.
Nifty little set of original 1966 Family Dog mailers.
