Original 1st printing (1967) 14&1/8 x 20" concert poster for the Steve Miller Blues Band appearing at the Matrix in San Francisco, CA from 1//8/1967.

 Art by Victor Moscoso, image is # 2 in the Neon Rose series, this version has "minors WECOME" rubber-stamped in black across the center of the image (NR-2-OP-13).

 Medium flat index poster is in decent/used (B-) condition; as this example was removed from public display at the time of the shows, it exhibits a fairly extensive corner wear (numerous tack/pin holes, pieces of clear tape and a couple of slightly clipped corner tips), along with a series of randomly-placed staple holes scattered throughout the image area, a bit of surface wear here and there (tiny pin-prick spots and little scuffs/pulls), a touch of toning, a light surface stain in the upper left corner, pieces of clear tape on the reverse... the photo should show pretty much what's going on with this one.

 CONDITIONAL ISSUES ASIDE.... this is one SCARCE puppy; as these were clearly intended for public display (to get the word out about the club's new policy) and put up at the time, it's all but guaranteed that virtually ALL of the OP-3's are going to have some degree of wear. This one is no exception, but it is still quite presentable and it's not likely that a stash of these will hit the market. Solid piece.
