Original 1st printing 16&3/4 x 22" concert poster for the Allman Brothers Band appearing with Dr. John and the Rockets at Chrysler (Crisler) Arena on the campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI on 12/9/1972.

 Art by (and SIGNED in pen by) Gary Grimshaw, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 394 (plate 4.192).

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; really nothing more than a couple of tiny corner-tip creases, a soft handling ding or two hiding within the image area and a thin strip of toning on the reverse, otherwise it is an EXTREMELY sharp/crisp ARTIST-SIGNED example of this hard-to-find Allman Brothers poster from the UAC Daystar series- probably the cleanest specimen I have ever handled. It's THAT nice.
