Original 1st printing 19&3/4" x 29&7/8" silkscreen promotional poster for the Who, promoting their October, 1967 Track Records release "I Can See For Miles".
Design by Hapshash & the Coloured Coat (Michael English and Nigel Waymouth), image is OA 123 in the Osiris Visions (TSR) series.
Medium to medium-thin flat vellum stock silkscreen poster is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a few VERY well-camouflaged handling dings, a set of tiny pin holes (all four corner tips) and a touch of edge wear, this example can't be beat.
While this poster has several known reprints, this one is definitely an original 1967 silkscreen printing (you can see the layers of ink clearly on the lower border, with the bottom row of gold screened stars peeking through blue pass of ink)... a GORGEOUS example of this ultra-psychedelic (and very colorful) Hapshash image from 1967.
