Officially licensed 2008 printing (Rhino Entertainment, stamped on the reverse) 26&2/8 x 37&1/4" oversized lithograph print/concert poster for the Blues Project appearing with the Great Society (featuring Grace Slick) at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 4/22-23/1966.

 Art by (and SIGNED and numbered 408/500 in pencil by) Wes Wilson, image is # 5 in the Family Dog/Avalon series (*this was the first Family Dog show at the Avalon).

 Extra-thick textured rag/oak-tag stock poster is in near mint (A-) condition; there are rough/hand-torn edges (as issued), plus a very light/soft handling ding or two scattered around the outer edges, but that's just about all there is to speak of- a pretty sharp-looking example overall.

Great-looking ARTIST-SIGNED example of this early Family Dog image in an impressive large format. This would make a KILLER display piece!
