Pair of original 1st printing 14&1/8 x 22&7/8" concert posters (one each positive/negative images*) for Berkeley psych-folk legend Country Joe McDonald appearing with Papa Bear's Medicine Show and United Empire Loyalists at the Retinal Circus in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from 12/8-9/1967. *images were originally printed together on a single sheet (thanks Ross H. for the info!)

 Art by Fisher, medium-thick flat index stock posters are in near mint (A-/B+, negative-image version) and good/decent (B to B/B-, positive-image version) condition; the negative image version has only a couple of soft handling dings/tiny creases lurking around the outer edges and a few loose fingerprints, while the positive-image version has a pair of hard horizontal bends traversing the image area, a set of tack/pin holes (all four corners and top/bottom center margins), a name hand-written in marker on the reverse (Dave Zeffert, former owner of Kelly-Deyong Sound) and a few light handling/stress bends lurking within the image area, but otherwise looks OK.

 VERY neat-looking set of late-'67 Country Joe posters from one of his earliest out-of-town solo jaunts.
