Original 1st printing 13&7/8 x 21&7/8" concert poster for MC5 "recording live"* at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI from 10/30-31/1968. *("Kick Out The Jams", their 1969 Elektra Records debut)

 Art by (and SIGNED in black flair pen and dated 1995 by) Matthew, image is # 113 in the Russ Gibb Presents/Grande series. 

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in decent/used (B-) condition; there are tack/staple holes and a bit of creasing in all four corners, along with a bit of light creasing around the outer margin area, numerous tiny pinch dings/thin bends/stress creases throughout the piece, a trio of dark discolorations (tape shadows?), each about 2 x 3" on both sides and extending from the band photo in the center of the image area, a series of light scrapes and traces of day-glo paint around the "MC5" lettering, a series of tape pulls on the reverse side... the photo should pretty much tell the story with this one.

 While the condition is somewhat compromised, the poster is still all there AND it has a pretty obscure artist's signature.
