Original 1st printing 11&1/2 x 17&5/8" (folded in half to 8&7/8 x 11&1/2" tabloid-style) 20-page (2 section) issue of Madison, WI-based underground newspaper "Bugle American" (Volume 2, issue # 10), featuring a full-page ad for the Grateful Dead appearing at the University of Wisconsin (Camp Randall) Fieldhouse on 3/14/1971. 

 Thin newsprint stock paper is in decent (B/B-) condition; there is a bit of edge toning with a series of tiny edge tears/nicks along the bottom margin and along the left side, plus a minor amount of spine wear and the paper is somewhat brittle, but other than that, it's in pretty good shape for a 50-year-old newspaper.

 REALLY cool early-'70's underground/hippie artifact, featuring comix by Denis Kitchen, a bunch of great local ads, a review of a Poco show and LOTS more, not to mention the KILLER Grateful Dead image on the back cover. Check out the show HERE:
