 Original 1st printing 11&1/8 x 17&1/4" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Ballet Afro-Haiti and Albert Collins at the Family Dog on the Great Highway in San Francisco, CA from 8/1-3/1969.
 
 Designer unknown/not credited, image is FD 69-0801 in the Family Dog/Great Highway series. (*blank-reverse version)
 
 Medium-thin flat index stock poster is in decent (B/B-) condition; there are a series of horizontal/diagonal roll creases traversing the entire image area, along with a 4&3/4" diagonal bend in the upper right corner and a few stray handling creases here and there, otherwise OK.

 A presentable example of this oddball Family Dog Great Highway poster featuring none other than the mighty Grateful Dead.
