Original 1st printing 13&7/8 x 19&3/4" concert poster for a benefit for (California) Proposition P, held at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA on 4/12/1967.

The Bill Graham-sanctioned event featured performances by Jefferson Airplane, Mother Earth, Mad River and the Committee.

Art by Jim Blashfield, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 156 (plate 2.89).

Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in decent (B/B-) condition; there are numerous staple holes in all four corners and in the upper left/right margins, along with a small surface pull withy a bit of glue residue in the upper left margin, a tiny pull in the top right corner tip, a small bit of pen scratch in the lower right margin, a series of tiny pin-prick spots and thin surface scuffs hiding within the image area, light handling wear and a set of tape pulls on the reverse... this one REALLY looks like it was removed from public display in 1967, it has a lot of tell-tale scars.

Conditional issues aside, this is a fairly hard-to-find Fillmore poster any way you slice it... first one I have had in a LONG time.
